2015 COMC purchase: very Lou-perstitious

It may be a while before I post the bulk of my latest COMC shipment over on TMM but today I have for you everything I grabbed this time to show off over here.  That happens to amount to 14 cards of PC guy and Tigers 2B legend Lou Whitaker:
1979 O-Pee Chee; 1980 O-Pee-Chee;  1984 O-Pee-Chee (#181)
1984 Topps Tiffany (#666) (with Jack Morris);  1984 Topps Tiffany (#695); 1986 O-Pee-Chee
1990 Topps Tiffany;  1990 Bowman Tiffany;  1993 Ultra

Call this scan "Lou-Pee-Chee" because almost half the cards hail from that product!  The '79 and '80 cards give me a complete run of Whitaker from 1978-83, so I've got that goin' for me.  Meanwhile, with the three Topps Tiffany cards I added, I'm missing just his '91 card from his run of that parallel set.  Also, don't ask me why I scanned the '90 Bowman Tiffany second, I couldn't tell you.
1994 Flair;  1994 Upper Deck Electric Diamond; 1995 Leaf Limited
1996 Collector's Choice;  1996 Fleer Tiffany

This scan goes a bit higher-end thanks to the Flair and Leaf Limited cards from 1994 and 1995, respectively.  The '94 UD parallel features one of my favorite photos of a smiling Whitaker, and a '96 Fleer Tiffany joins in today's parallel party.  Fleer's 1996 and 1997 products, clearly the high point of the brand's run, are so fantastic that you can't go wrong with either or both of the base and Tiffany sets!  Finally, in typically awesome form, Upper Deck honors a great player's career with a tribute card in Collector's Choice.

14 newbies put my supercollection of Whitaker at 188/292, giving me a fun milestone to look forward to, and another will soon join it as my overall Whitaker total is 199 cards!
